found the woven floral panel at a flea market in Köln and the burgundy fabric in Strășeni. They had no reason to meet, yet their shades of red recognized each other.
I joined them in a full skirt, preserving the flowers and fringe exactly as I found them. Two market discoveries, two cities, one unexpected home.
